Pet Policy

Pet Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. All pets must be spayed or neutered. Cats must be indoor cats only! Limit of 2 pets per home. Pet deposit is $150 per pet. Non-refundable pet fee is $150 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $35 will be charged per pet. Dog breed restrictions (full or mixed): Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Chow Chow, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Presa Canario, Mastiff, German Shepherd, and any dog considered inappropriate by management. Vet Documents Needed: Breed Identification Proof of spay and neuter (cats and dogs) Dogs - vaccination given and next date due for Rabies, DH2PP, and Bordetella Proof of license as required by Maricopa County Management must see dog prior to application approval.
