Yes, we require renters insurance. Residents must carry a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage. Proof of insurance is required before move-in and must remain active throughout the lease.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 4th.

A late fee of $50 is charged on the 5th of the month, with an additional $10 per day thereafter.
